For anyone out there who thinks that Usana has nothing to hide, please explain this for me. The yahoo finance message board for Usana are constantly flooded with copy-and-pasted pro-Usana propaganda several times throughout the day. The members who post this content do not participate in conversation. They are serving a singular purpose: making sure nobody says anything bad about Usana, and if they do, it gets buried deep under all this spam.
Any and all posts that are critical of Usana, even those that simply quote Usana in order to display a contradiction, get deleted. Yahoo doesn't review posts before deleting them, their only criteria is that enough people flag it, so anyone who has enough hiring power has a monopoly over all discussion.
So someone please tell me, what reason could a legit company possibly have for suppressing freedom of speech?
Hardly a surprise with their cultish attitudes and deceptive techniques.

The controlling of the Yahoo message board is even worse than you can imagine. For those of us who used to post there regularly, we've noticed the spam posts are posted 3 or 4 per minute. Without a written program to aid that spamming, it would be very difficult to do.
Then, for a while, the spammers starting posting comments like, "Usana is scam. They not pay us for this." So that's when we realized that people in the Philippines, which just happens to be the next territory Usana enters, were told they would be paid [by someone] to spam and they weren't paid so they turned on Usana. It was quite funny for a while. But dozens of new spammer names were created and everything was drowned in spam.
There's so much more. I've bookmarked your site and may come back to comment occasionally. Maybe we'll eventually talk about the long list of individuals whose credentials were incorrect and had to be straightened out with the SEC. One director had to resign but he still receives a big fee from Usana every year. My experience has been that when someone has told a fib in SEC filings, most companies wish to disassociate with that person. That's not the Usana way. Makes you wonder what else might be "embellished".
No doubt they are using spam software to do this. Yahoo doesn't even employ captchas so it would be quite easy to write a spamming script that could run until Yahoo deletes your account. And accounts only take a minute or so to register, so those could be replaced manually on a daily basis.
That's pretty hilarious that they turned on USANA the minute they stopped getting paid. I'm sure USANA has a lot to hide if they are paying these guys to keep critics from being heard. Their facade good image must be the only thing that allows them to stay in business. Maybe not for long if we start getting some recognition.
